Lawn Care Frequency
When choosing the frequency of service please make sure you are not allowing your lawn to become overgrown. This can later result in an extra fee when servicing your lawn.


Lawn Size
Let us know the size of your lawn compared to others in your community.

Shrubbery Trimming
To save homeowners money we include shrubbery as a separate service that can be paid for only when needed. Most lawn services will include shrubbery in the monthly cost to maintain your lawn but only provide trimming once per month or every other month while increasing your price significantly. With BW Property Management Group you can expect to pay $5-10 for shrubbery trimming whenever you decide you need it done.

Large Trees & Palms
Large tree trimming and pruning is done as needed and requires a consultation with your lawn provider.
